Clients may request cancellation of services by providing a written notice to SocialNinjaz. The notice period and applicable cancellation charges depend on the service agreement. -
Cancellation by SocialNinjaz:
SocialNinjaz reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion in cases such as:- Non-payment or delayed payment of service fees.
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Unethical or illegal use of our services.
- Any other reason deemed necessary by SocialNinjaz.
In case of cancellation initiated by SocialNinjaz, a partial or full refund may be issued based on work completed and expenses incurred.

Project-Based Cancellations:
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, a full refund may be provided.
- If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work.
- If the project is nearing completion or completed, no refund will be provided.

- Digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media ads) where ad spends have been utilized.
- Graphic design, website development, and content creation once drafts or final versions have been shared.
- Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registrations, paid plugins, software licenses).

Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
- Any payment processing fees or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Dispute Resolution

4. Changes to this Policy
